WellFounded was conceived in 2018 by extreme environments physician and serial healthtech entrepreneur Dr Jack Kreindler - founder of CHHP (The Centre for Health and Human Performance, London) seeing an unmet need for “A new health system for startups - to embed health and human performance science into their company’s very DNA, top down; digital-first provider with the concierge medics, health-span researchers and human performance scientists; dedicated founders, startup CEOs and their teams,” like Dr Jack himself. WellFounded Health Ltd was incorporated in 2022 after 6 years of market research and design of The WellFounded Programme, plus a little delay due to a global viral pandemic.

The WellFounded Programme for VC’s and portolios’ founders was designed and beta tested from 2019-2022 with our founding VC partner, Mosaic Ventures, and an international team of colleagues - the first of its kind designed well before the longevity and mental health revolutions took off. The Programme comes from a pioneering investor’s true commitment to the health=wealth approach and our 25+ years coaching and treating investors, exec’s and athletes in extreme environments - through to the most challenging clinical cases.

CURIA Health, HQ’d in London and NYC, is our own concierge medicine and longevity research practice, an exclusive collaboration of CHHP (LON) and MyMD (NYC). CURIA delivers all clinical aspects of The WellFounded Programme worldwide, under a single infrastructure.

The WellFounded Institute is our research division. Dr Jack and team co-Led the INSPIRE South Pole research expedition and hold honorary fellow positions at Imperial College and UCL in performance science. We fundamentally believe in sharing what we learn for all to benefit, not just our business.
